  • Can I get a refund after purchasing credits?

    We do not offer refunds for credit purchases. Once you purchase credits, they remain on your account and can be used at any time to upload syllabi.
  • What does SyllabusSync do?

    SyllabusSync lets you upload your syllabus, and our AI extracts all the important dates (like assignments, quizzes, and exams) and syncs them directly to your Google Calendar—saving you time and stress.
  • How do I use a credit?

    Each syllabus upload costs 1 credit. When you upload a PDF, 1 credit will automatically be deducted from your account.
  • Do my credits expire?

    Nope! Your credits never expire. You can use them anytime during your academic journey.
